We accept returns of eligible physical items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@baziritual.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
If your size is incorrect or you would prefer a different piece, contact us before returning. We will do our best to arrange an exchange where possible, subject to availability.
Items that show signs of wear, damage caused after delivery, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund. Personalized or custom items may be subject to additional restrictions — please contact us before ordering if you have questions.
