How orders would be packed, shipped and tracked.
Online purchasing is currently unavailable. Baziritual is not taking orders, and nothing on this page is an offer to sell. The information below describes how orders would be handled if online purchasing is introduced, and it may change before then.
If online purchasing is introduced, we plan to offer standard shipping to most countries and regions. If we are unable to ship to a location, we will contact you to discuss alternatives or issue a refund.
Shipping costs have not yet been set. If online purchasing is introduced, any shipping charge will be shown clearly before a purchase is completed.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or standard shipping cost.
Tracking information will be emailed after your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours after the shipping confirmation email for tracking details to become active with the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, or if your order appears lost in transit, contact us at support@baziritual.com within 14 days of the last tracking update. We will work with the carrier to investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@baziritual.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately at support@baziritual.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may require re-shipment at the customer’s expense.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Re-shipment may be offered at additional shipping cost. If we cannot reach you within 30 days, the order may be refunded minus original shipping costs where applicable, or handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, customs clearance, local holidays, or other events outside our control. We appreciate your patience and will assist where we can with tracking updates.
If online purchasing is introduced, each piece would be packed carefully with protective wrapping.
For shipping questions or issues, email support@baziritual.com with your order number and we will respond as soon as possible.
