Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
Online purchasing is currently unavailable. Baziritual is not taking orders, and nothing on this page is an offer to sell. The sections on orders, pricing, shipping and returns describe how orders would be handled if online purchasing is introduced, and they may change before then.
Baziritual is a trading name of EYRES HORIZONS LIMITED. Registered office: RM03, 24/F, HO KING COMM CTR, 2-16 FAYUEN ST, MONG KOK, KOWLOON, HONG KONG.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms of service. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy, but errors may occasionally occur. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you to confirm before processing.
If online purchasing is introduced, orders would be processed within 1–3 business days before shipping, and standard shipping would typically take 7–14 business days. Tracking information would be emailed after an order ships. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
If online purchasing is introduced, returns would be accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@baziritual.com. Refunds would be processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item. See our Refund Policy for full details.

These services are provided digitally, typically by email or through on-site access, and are personalized based on information you provide (such as birth date, birth time, gender, location, or questions submitted).
Stated delivery times for digital services are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Because these services are personalized in nature, fulfillment may require additional review or preparation time.
Physical products follow our Refund Policy.
Digital services, including personalized reports and readings, are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law.
Baziritual products, element profiles, Master Reports, Ask a Master services, and related content are provided for reflection, inspiration, educational, and personal-intention purposes only.
